3. On each exhale, release worry, fear, and haste down the roots. On each inhale, draw up steadiness, courage, and peace.

Carry red jasper or smoky quartz as grounding allies. A pinch of sea salt in water after a long day helps discharge static. A slow drumbeat or hum aligns your heartbeat with Earth’s rhythm. These simple gestures reinforce sacred roots grounding throughout the day.
