What You Will Need
- One red candle (for will, vitality, and sacred action)
- A pinch of cinnamon or ginger (to quicken the heat)
- One bay leaf (to carry your intent)
- A small bowl of salt (for protection and clarity)
- Optional: a small iron object (nail, key) to anchor Mars’ metal
Preparation
Cleanse your space with smoke or sound. Stand tall and place your right hand over your heart, left hand over your belly. Inhale for four counts, hold for four, exhale for four—repeat three times.
