Digital Products Policy
This policy applies to digital reports, downloadable files, personalized digital readings, and other virtual products sold by Oma's Sacred Tools by MJ.
Delivery
Digital products may be delivered by email, customer account access, download link, or another digital delivery method listed at checkout or in the product description.
Personalized reports may require additional preparation time because they are created using the information submitted by the customer.
Customer Information
Customers are responsible for submitting accurate information, including email address, birth details, names, dates, or other requested information needed to prepare the digital product.
If incorrect information is submitted, contact us as soon as possible at mj@omasdesign.us. Changes may not be possible once preparation has begun.
Refunds
Because digital products and personalized reports cannot be physically returned, all digital product sales are generally final once delivery or preparation has begun.
If you experience a technical delivery issue, contact us and we will help restore access or resend the file when appropriate.
