Physical Products
Physical products may include handmade spiritual tools, ritual oils, aura sprays, sacred salts, kits, and related items. Because many items are handmade, custom-prepared, or energetically prepared for each order, returns and exchanges are limited.
We accept returns or replacements only if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
Personalized and Custom Products
Personalized, custom-made, birth-date-based, intention-based, or specially prepared products are final sale once preparation has started. Please review all personalization details before submitting your order.
Digital Products and Reports
Personalized digital reports, PDF reports, spiritual readings, blueprints, and custom digital products are final sale once preparation has started or the file has been delivered.
Digital products are created for personal reflection, spiritual practice, entertainment, and personal development. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or emergency services.
Sessions and Appointments
Sessions may be rescheduled according to availability. Missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows may not be eligible for refunds.
Shipping
Processing and shipping times vary depending on the product. Handmade and personalized products may require additional preparation time before shipment.
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. Oma’s Sacred Tools by MJ is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, carrier delays, customs delays, or events outside our control.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refund eligibility depends on the type of product or service purchased. Custom products, personalized digital reports, spiritual services, and completed sessions are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
